Exterior House Painting

From Start To Finish:

1. Cover or move items such as, patio furniture, potted plants, hanging decorations etc.

2. In dirt areas, pull dirt back from foundation approx. 2" and putting dirt back after new paint has dried. 

3. Pressure wash loose paint and debris.

4. Scrape and sand loose paint where needed.

5. Mask windows and other necessary items that are not to be painted.

6. Caulk cracks, patch holes on wood and stucco. Spot prime as needed.

7. Using a spray gun to apply paint on the bulk areas and back rolling as needed.

8. Using a brush for more detailed work, such as cutting in areas near roof tiles, cutting in doors/casings along with other areas that may need a fine touch.

9. Removing all masking materials, drop cloths and equipment.

10. We do a final walk through for touch ups, and we will do another final walk through with the client to make sure you are 100% satisfied.
